Our Story
We did not start in shading. We started in metal.
Every window is a chance to get light, comfort, and privacy exactly right, and we have spent three decades learning how. What began as an aluminium workshop in 1993 is now the region's premium intelligent shading specialist, with our own manufacturing, two brands, and a team of more than 100 people. Here is how we got here.

It begins. New Way Group is founded as an aluminium extrusion business by the Hong family.

A new direction. We move into curtain tracks and window covering components.

The pivot. BlindsHub launches and New Way commits fully to intelligent shading.

Authorised by Lutron. We become an official Lutron fabricator for premium motorised shading.

Room to grow. We open a new 80,000 sq ft facility at Puncak Alam, launch our Romafold Roman shading, and open our first Singapore office. 🔴 confirm Singapore office year: 2024 per note, Notion lists the entity as 2025.
